MMA Training Camp Available for individual sessions or for small groups.

Training Camp is a 12 week program, requiring a minimum of 2 workouts per week. It's the same type of training MMA competitors perform leading up to a match. Winning the championship match is their goal. Upon completing all 24 workouts, participants completing the Training Camp Program will win their own personal championship. Along the way, you'll achieve significant improvements in body composition (e.g., fat loss and muscle gain), aerobic fitness, and performance traits (e.g., strength, speed, and power).  Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or improved health or performance, the Training Camp Program has shown to produce many desirable effects. Some positive outcomes and adaptations you may experience include improved flexibility, posture, coordination, muscular endurance, muscular hypertrophy, power, quickness, and cardiorespiratory fitness. These adaptations will in turn help you to lose weight, increase lean muscle mass, and improve athletic performance.  The Training Camp Program is designed to accomplish four main goals. 1. Weight loss / decrease body fat 2. Muscle gain 3. Decrease risk for injury 4. Improve measures of athletic performance,  flexibility, core function, balance, power,  SAQ, strength, and cardiovascular efficiency.

This program is not intended to prepare anyone for competition in Mixed Martial Arts. I don't claim to have any formal training in martial arts. I'm a well experienced fitness trainer, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine to apply their Optimum Performance Training model towards creating a Mixed Martial Arts workout program.  The goal of which, is to provide a fun & innovative exercise program that challenges on many levels. Though challenging,  safety is maintained by addressing muscle imbalances and by making progressions that are  systematic and appropriate.  If your looking for a highly effective workout,  then training camp is for you!
